These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and yes666 ("yes666", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the yes666 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://yes666.cam and any associated mobile or web applications.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and yes666 relating to your use of the Platform, to the extent that they conflict with or are inconsistent with these Terms.

Access to yes666 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met and maintained continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. yes666 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an Account pending age verification.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with your local laws.
• Single Account: Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on yes666. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — are strictly prohibited.
• Personal Use: Accounts may only be used for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Use of the Platform for professional advantage, systematic exploitation, or commercial purposes is not permitted without prior written consent from yes666.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order on yes666 or any other gambling platform participating in self-exclusion programmes that yes666 recognises.

To register an Account on yes666, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Provision of false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is a mandatory compliance process. yes666 will request KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal request above the applicable threshold, or at any time we deem it necessary for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance purposes. Required documentation typically includes:

• Proof of Identity: A valid, government-issued Malaysian IC (MyKad), Driver's Licence, or valid Passport. Both front and back images are required for MyKad and Driver's Licence submissions.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the preceding three (3) months, displaying your full name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A current photograph of you holding your proof of identity document, taken in clear lighting conditions.
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, confirmation that the payment method used for deposits belongs to the registered account holder.

yes666 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Incomplete or illegible submissions will require resubmission and may extend the verification timeline. yes666 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending successful KYC completion.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify yes666 customer support immediately via live chat or by contacting [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised. yes666 is not liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorised transactions that occur as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your yes666 Account that is not used for any other online service.
• You must log out of your Account fully when using shared or public devices.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account on your behalf.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted, whether or not you personally authorised such activity.

yes666 reserves the right to lock or suspend an Account temporarily if unusual activity is detected, pending investigation. We will endeavour to contact the registered account holder promptly in such circumstances.

yes666 supports a range of approved payment methods for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX (Financial Process Exchange) via all major Malaysian banks, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and supported cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT TRC20, Litecoin).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most approved payment methods. Specific minimums per method are displayed at the Deposit page.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• yes666 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals:

• All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification prior to first withdrawal.

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. yes666 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds and Real Money Funds are held in separate balances. Real Money Funds are typically used first in wagering, except where specific promotion mechanics require otherwise.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Bonuses are intended for single personal use only. Any attempt to claim a bonus through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
• yes666 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect bonuses already in the process of being wagered by a player who has already accepted the promotion.
• Bonuses expire upon the date specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated unconverted winnings will be removed from the player's balance without compensation.

All bets placed on yes666 — including sports betting markets (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, Mix Parlay, and other available markets) and casino game wagers (live baccarat, roulette, slots, and other titles) — are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed after confirmation, except where explicitly provided for by the specific game or market rules.
• yes666 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market where an error in odds, lines, or game parameters has occurred due to technical failure or human error, including where such error would result in disproportionately favourable terms for the player.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the records held by yes666 — including server logs and transaction records — shall be considered the definitive record, subject to review by the complaints process described in Clause 16.
• Game outcomes for all casino titles on yes666 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, ensuring fair and unbiased results. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the results of the relevant real-world sporting event.
• yes666 operates maximum win limits per player per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may be updated from time to time.
• yes666 reserves the right to apply stake limits or restrict betting patterns on any player's account where unusual wagering patterns are detected, particularly in connection with bonus use.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yes666 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances including real-money funds, and may result in referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage of your interaction with yes666.
• Money Laundering: Using yes666 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or using the Platform for any money laundering purpose.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip-dumping in poker-style games or matched betting using multiple accounts.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through systematic wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Hacking or Interference: Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Platform's software, servers, security systems, or game integrity in any way.
• Underage Access: Knowingly allowing or facilitating access to yes666 by any individual under the age of 21.
• Third-Party Account Use: Operating another person's Account on their behalf, or allowing another person to operate your Account.

All content on the yes666 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text content, promotional materials, software code, and all other materials — is the property of yes666 or its respective third-party licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from yes666.
• Use the yes666 brand name, logo, or any trademark in any manner that may cause confusion or suggest endorsement without written authorisation.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the Platform using automated tools.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yes666 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated revenue resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or Platform interruptions.
• Loss or corruption of Account data resulting from circumstances beyond yes666's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, banking systems, or blockchain network congestion.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including Account suspension resulting from prohibited conduct.

yes666's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time of the relevant incident.

yes666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of self-management tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered players at no charge through the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of seven (7) days.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum permissible loss amount over a specified period. Once reached, further play is restricted until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after specified durations of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Request a temporary pause on your Account of 24 hours, 48 hours, or up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion from yes666 for a period of between seven (7) days and permanently. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible during the exclusion period.

yes666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable promotion terms.
• KYC verification has not been completed within a reasonable timeframe following a verification request.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or irregular activity has been detected on your Account.
• Your Account is identified as a duplicate of another Account held by the same individual.
• We are required to do so by law, regulatory requirement, or court order.
• We have reasonable grounds to believe your Account is being used for money laundering or other illegal purposes.

In the event of Account termination for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the completion of applicable KYC and AML checks. Bonus Funds are non-refundable in all circumstances.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting yes666 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Outstanding bonus wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

yes666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — including changes that affect your substantive rights or obligations — yes666 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by:

• Displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the changes; and/or
• Sending a notification to the email address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute with yes666 regarding your Account, a transaction, or a bet settlement, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact yes666 customer support via live chat or email within 30 days of the incident giving rise to the dispute. Our support team will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the matter is not resolved through informal support, you may submit a formal written complaint to yes666. Formal complaints will be reviewed by a senior team member and a written response provided within 14 business days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied following the formal complaint review, the matter may be escalated through alternative dispute resolution channels as may be applicable.
